This app was amazing saving me every time I went shopping I had money on my account hadnt requested cheque Now 0 rebate & an app which I will never use Why blow a good thing - lost my Groupon business too SHADY!!!!

Im so disappointed that the app was changed I was having so much fun trying to get the certain grocery items to then snap my receipt for extra money no this app is a waste of space totally deleting this app theirs no point in having it

Change it back to the way it was! It was so much better that way! If you have read some of the other reviews, you could tell that no one likes the way it is now.

I dont know why Groupon is still keeping this app. It no longer has the same functionality as it used to have. It has bitten the dust.

Im very disappointed in the change to the app. I rarely earned the cash back but the very little money I earned has been taken away. I dont need to know which web sites have discounts when I can see that on their website already. If there was better offers than theirs than maybe it would be worth it. Now it just takes up space on my phone. Will be deleting.

Why am I unable to create an account? It says to contact customer service or please try again. Please fix this.....

I loved the app at first but now it seems they never add new coupons so I havent used it in a long time. Great idea just needs work

Complete waste of time.

Ive tried to register either via email or Facebook and I keep getting error messages. Ive un installed the app many times and rebooted my phone. No customer service link to report error. I guess Ill stick to Zweet and Checkout 51.

I downloaded this app, excited to try it out but every time I try to create an account, I get a notification saying there has been an issue with my request.

They are changing the app so you no longer get cash back. I had $19.50 that Im going to lose. They are converting it into groupon bucks. I dont want that. There is a reason I no longer use Groupon. I guess I will stay clear of all the new groupon apps that come out. I dont like being suckered.

Miss the cashback offers. Was just getting into it and loving the offers that were available. Now all thats available is US online shopping deals. Will be deleting right after this review.

Very very bad. Best before March 1st. App to delete. Not recommand.

The app (with its no changed format) only has offers for US stores. Living in Canada - that makes the app useless. Time to delete.

No longer offers cash back offers. Is basically a web view of groupon offers. (All American offers as far as I can tell)

Before doing any business with Groupon and Snap by Groupon I would encourage everyone to visit their Facebook page. Hundreds and hundreds and hundreds of complaints. And it only gets worse. I was very critical, like many users of this app, of the way that Snap by Groupon keeps changing the rules with how they do business. Recently Snap by Groupon completely re-tooled the Snap app. Now it is not about couponing like Checkout 51. Its something completely different. Here is the rub: all of the money that shoppers had in their accounts that was under the $20 threshold for pay outs in not being refunded to shoppers. Instead its going to Groupon bucks. We dont want Groupon bucks. We want our money. Groupon changes the rules and then keeps our money??? Thats not acceptable. Pay us out so we can leave. I used to use this app quite a lot. And then Groupon bought it. The products offered rarely, if ever, updated. Months would go by before I could ever make a claim. And then last fall the offers just stopped. Nothing ever updated. Ever. Groupon just announced that they are completely re-tooling the whole app and unless you have reached the $20+ threshold to cash out you could either take a due bill on Groupon or sacrifice whatever money you have in your account. Users are extremely unhappy. Hundreds of posts on Snap by Groupons Facebook page. Groupon doesnt seem to be concerned whatsoever. I dont want a due bill for Groupon. I want my money. Dont do business with these people. Unethical. Dishonest.

The change is awful, just a listing of crappy US discounts. Should have paid out all accounts. Deleting ASAP.

First of all, they no longer give cash back for buying something. If I wanted this new update then I would use EBATES. At least with ebates I get CASH BACK! This new update is useless for me. Im only going to use CHECKOUT 51 from now on (which also gives you cash back for buying groceries). If I wanted to buy something on groupon, then I would go on groupon. But as for the SNAP by groupon app , I will definitely be DELETING because its pointless. Im from Canada and they only provide coupons or discount codes for USA. You can easily get discount codes from online site such as retailmenot.ca !!! So why do I need this app??

Groupon really destroyed this money saving app. Deleting now.

I hate the changes... Used to use it all the time, not anymore! Not what I signed up for :(
