Looking for a useful app that will give you cash back on everyday purchases? THIS IS NOT IT. The OLD Snap was great and I enjoyed the rebates it offered. This new version is basically an even more annoying version of Groupon.com that uses up phone space. Boo. Boo on you Snap.

This used to be a pretty good grocery rebate Apple but all of a sudden it turned into something completely different. I cant even find my account information anymore. I will be deleting this app and sticking with the other tried-and-true ones.

I got the app Oct 2014 and the last time that I had redeem an offer was June 2015 .I keep hoping they get some new offers but it never happened, so on Jan 2016 I decided to cash out my 1st and only check for $33.05. The best app for making money I find are ibotta,savingstar,checkout 51 and my two newest apps find&save and mobisave. I think snap need to give everyone their money they earn it regardless of how much they earn

I deleted this, it wasnt great before but now its even worse. I couldnt even earn more than 5 dollars and now it will be turned into groupon bucks, not even worth redeeming.

When I first downloaded this app it would always have good offers for cash back on items that you normally buy such as milk, eggs... About a month later all the offers were random items that, I believe, almost no one buys it. And for two weeks now Ive been wondering "where the heck are the offers?" Apparently the whole app has changed into something completely useless, and I lost the amount of cash back I had accumulated in the past year or so. Thanks for wasting my time.

If I could give this app less than 1 star I would. It is utterly useless since the update.

This was a decent app before where you could get cash back for buying certain grocery items. Now its just an app that tells me what stores are having sales or coupons. I can literally get the same thing by going to the website of whichever store is on there and get the same coupon directly. I downloaded this app originally because of the cash back rewards. Now there are no cash rewards, just a bunch of coupon codes for stores. They arent even special coupon codes. Its things like 20% off at Macys, which I can get at the Macys website myself. Who needs this kind of app? It takes up space on my phone for useless info.

I dont shop that much so this is no longer an app that is good for me and on top of that I lost all my money I had in this app. They need to let us draw our money out that we had before this terrible update.

I never received an email or anything and I lost all my funds I had received from snap. This really isnt right. I took a month off from using these apps due to an illness and I come back and no money. Bad business

I have had this app installed for the last 1.5 years or so. I had a small balance which I assume I will never see now. I will be deleting the app since the offers are not special that can be found anywhere. I would give no stars if I could.

This used to be a good cash back grocery app. We were notified that it was switching over to Groupon. Users were promised to have their account balance converted into groupon dollars with an extra incentive for patience. Well that was all a scam. They took our balances and never gave us groupon dollars and theres no way to access our account. Customer service is nonexistent with no one to reach out to. This is dishonest and unfair.

Used to be great now time to delete. It is like Groupon App #2

Since the app changed it is worthless. Deleted!

Sad to say that I now dislike this app when I used to absolutely love it. I have $18.80 on there that I had earned as cash back but you cant cash it until you get to $20. But now there is no way I could get to $20 since they no longer have cash back offers. Thanks for wasting my time :(

I used this for 2 years and got some money back. Now it is just pointless.

What was the purpose? Half of the coupon codes I can easily get somewhere else and the other half have stipulations (apply for a credit card). If I could I would give this zero stars.

Okay I download this app because it said that you can do rebates on items you buy by submitting your receipt but I have not seen anywhere on this app to do such thing

Used to love this App, but after the latest update merging them with Groupon its just useless. Nothing more than an ad circular now. Deleted! Dont download!

It was taking forever to accumulate $20 in rebates because there were so few offers. Now they completely changed the app and all the money I had saved up is GONE. It was converted into groupon something, which I dont understand nor have any desire to use. Thank you for wasting my time. There are only store-specific offers now with limited discounts on random items. Not even similar to a grocery rebate app.
